Forehead Lines
Lines across the forehead form when you raise your eyebrows. These lines will become more pronounced with time and the more that you raise your eyebrows. The forehead usually needs to be treated in conjunction with the glabella as if treated on its own it can lead to a heavy brow.
Recommended treatment: Wrinkle Relaxing Injections

Crow’s feet
Crow's feet or periorbital lines are the wrinkles that can form at the corner of the eyes over time as a result of aging, sun exposure, facial expressions, and smoking.
Recommended treatments: Wrinkle Relaxing Injections for fine lines, Wrinkle Fillers and Dermal filler for moderate to deep lines

Tear Trough
Tear troughs are the hollowing or formation of dark circles beneath the eyes.  Dermal filler used in this area will restore the volume in the area and reduce the appearance of hollowing and shadowing. Recommended treatment: Dermal filler

Smoker’s lines
Smoker's lines are the fine lines that form along the top lip as a result of aging, sun exposure and smoking.  Many people who are non-smokers suffer with lines in this area.
Recommended treatments: Wrinkle Relaxing Injections for lines that are just beginning to appear and dermal filler for deeper lines.

Marionette Lines
Marionette lines or oral commissures are vertical wrinkles that form below the corners of the mouth, giving a sad or angry look to the face. After just one treatment with Dermal fillers you’ll see a real difference, with a softening of marionette lines and lines around the lips. Recommended treatment: Dermal filler

Dimpled chin
Over-activity of the Mentalis muscle is responsible for causing a dimpling effect over the chin area. Recommended treatment: Wrinkle Relaxing Injections

Glabellar ‘frown’ lines

Glabellar lines are lines between the eyebrows that form when you frown. Wrinkle Relaxing Injections can be used to relax the muscle reducing the ability to frown and therefore reducing the lines. Dermal Fillers can be used to combat more permanent deeper lines. Lines that are present when you are not frowning are best treated by both Wrinkle Relaxing Injections and a Dermal filler together. Dermal filler to repair the line and Wrinkle Relaxing Injections to prevent the line returning.
Recommended treatments: Wrinkle Relaxing Injections for fine lines with Dermal fillers for deeper lines

Bunny Lines
Bunny Lines are the horizontal lines that appear across the bridge of the nose. Recommended Treatment: Wrinkle Relaxing Injections

Cheek Augmentation
With age the fat pads in our cheeks start to drop down which causes a hollowing of the cheek area and the appearance of aging. By using a Dermal filler it can restore the lost volume of the upper face and create a more youthful appearance. Restoring volume in this area also reduces the appearance of naso-labial lines by ‘lifting’ the cheek, smoothing the lines and reducing any shadowing.
Recommended treatment: Dermal filler

Naso-labial folds
Naso-labial lines run from the nose to the corner of the mouth and are static lines that form as you age.

Gummy smile
A smile is considered a ‘gummy smile’ if a significant amount of the gums can be seen when a person smiles
Recommended treatment: Wrinkle Relaxing Injections

Lip fullness
Lip treatments can be used to augment both the border of the lip to provide a more defined look to both the top & bottom lip and to provide more volume and a fuller look to the body of the lip. Recommended treatment: Dermal filler

PDO Thread Lift by Dr Clare Elizabeth Conlon

Surgeons and doctors have been using PDO (Polydioxanone) threads for wound closure for around 20 years - the PDO threads used are proven safe and effective. Dr Clare Elizabeth Conlon uses these to lift the lower face and have their effect by being inserted through the fat that sits beneath the skin and attaching to tiny muscle fibres that project from the muscle into the fat.

The PDO threads then dissolve over 2-3 months leaving newly formed collagen bundles. These maintain the effects of the treatment for 2-3 years! "Many clients come to me saying 'if you could just do this' and pull the skin back in front of the ears, lifting it away from the lower face, creating the appearance of a lower face lift. The introduction of PDO thread lifting at Dr Conlon's Aesthetic Clinic has allowed us to do this without the need for surgery. They are excellent for elevating the skin and tissues of the lower face where I observe them to have the most beneficial effects beyond dermal fillers and wrinkle relaxing treatments. It's fabulous to treat sagging skin around the jawline and neck allowing me to successfully treat these areas without the need for surgery. This treatment has revolutionised the industry's treatment of the lower face with minimal discomfort, bruising or downtime! It is incredible!"

All consultations and treatments are carried out by Dr Clare Elizabeth Conlon. Dr Clare Elizabeth Conlon is an NHS consultant with over 10 years experience in the aesthetic industry. Prices vary depending on the number of PDO threads that are required for treatment. As a guide, lower face, jaw line and neck range from £350-500.
